the staff was helpful from check-in to departure. the bedrooms had super comfy beds and soft pillows. breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all AMAZING!!! there was an excellent choice of wines available too. i really liked that it was centrally located for seeing the city and had some nice shops nearby.
i noticed the floors in the room, while looking clean, seemed like they weren't mopped well and had some dirt.

the location is fantastic, minutes away from the main shopping areas. the arena and main square are also close with loads of cafes, restaurants and bars. i found it very convenient for exploring.

The staff handled check-in efficiently. I found the room well-appointed and impeccably clean. Breakfast had a great selection. Reyal provided amazing care with a smile. The service was really good!!!

I was disappointed with some aspects of my stay. the air conditioning was centrally controlled. i could not adjust it to a comfortable temperature myself. also, housekeeping missed some things. I found a dirty towel. the room was not cleaned until late, unacceptable for a 5-star hotel.

The staff offered a very warm welcome at the reception. Check-in was professional and kind, and they took great care of my luggage. The room amenities were well stocked, and the location was perfect (easy to get around). Breakfast service was fantastic.
